3. What is your payment policy?​
Dog Walking: Payments are due every Monday for the week prior via our software. We accept credit or debit card payments.

4. How do you access my home?
We require all clients to use lockboxes or codes for secure and convenient home access.
5. Who will care for my pets?
We take a team-based approach to caring for your pets. Our carefully selected team members bring both experience and dedication, ensuring your pets always receive consistent, loving care. A manager will always attend the New Client Consultation and personally introduce your pets to any team members who will be part of their care team. This way, your pets are familiar with everyone supporting them. Meet our team here!​​​
6. How far in advance should I book?​
Please inquire about our availability. We do require 1 visit per week to remain on our schedule and create a routine your dog will thrive on!
7. How do I get started as a new client?
Please fill out the contact form here on our website to get started. Once we receive your information, we’ll begin with a phone consultation to discuss your pet care needs. From there, we’ll set up an in-person New Client Consultation with you and your pets to ensure we're a great fit.
