3. Who will care for my pets?
We take a team-based approach to caring for your pets. Our carefully selected team members bring both experience and dedication, ensuring your pets always receive consistent, loving care. After each visit you will receive a visit update via our app, along with a picture of your pet(s). Meet our team here!​​​

 

4. How far in advance should I book?​

• Dog Walks & Potty Breaks: 1–2 weeks in advance

• Pet Sitting: 2-3 months in advance

5. How do I get started as a new client?

• ​Go ahead and book a New Client Phone Consultation. We’ll chat about your pet, your routine, and make sure we’re the right fit.

• If everything feels good, we’ll set up a New Client In Person Consultation to meet you and your pet(s) in person.

• After that, you’ll be able to book all your walks and visits easily through our app.
