2. Are you insured?
Yes, Good Vibe Pet Services is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

 

3. What if my dog is reactive or nervous?

For the safety of our team all pets must be comfortable around humans, even if they have never met them before, as our team-based approach means your pet may interact with different trained staff members. Pets that are cautious or nervous with new humans are generally not a good fit for at-home pet care with our team.​

4. What is your payment policy?

We make things easy! Payments go through automatically every Monday for the services from the week before. You can pay with debit, credit, or ACH transfer—whatever works best for you.

5. How do you access my home?

We require all clients to use lockboxes or codes for secure and convenient home access.
